MODERN METHODS FOR A TRADITIONAL PIECE

I was asked to produce a three quarter replica of these Ceremonial pieces. Originally created in sterling silver by hand, the new ones would reflect the manufacturing techniques of this century. Carefully measured and recreated as 3D computer files, we then used laser sintering, CNC water jet cutting, FDM patterns for investment casting and finally lots of hand polishing and careful plating to create these modern interpretations of ancient weapons.
